The sad thing isn’t necessesarely that these movies are made. The sad thing is that no one seems to care about the romance genre in general – nor enough to put some effort into it, or to put some new spins on it either.

I thought as much. Chloe Moretz gives a good performance as usual, but the rest is a ho-hum glob of paste.
